Diana F. Castillo, LCSW-S

Hello, I am Diana Castillo, the founder of The Self Love Clinic, which I started in 2023 with the goal of providing a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and build a foundation for personal growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S), licensed in Texas and New Mexico, specializing in supporting adults navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Pain, Depression, OCD, and Panic Disorders. I am EMDR-trained, which enables me to offer trauma-focused therapy to individuals seeking relief from distressing experiences.

My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Chronic Pain (CBTCP), EMDR therapy, talk therapy, and motivational interviewing—all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I also hold a Certificate in Neuropsychotherapy, which allows me to integrate neuroscience principles into therapy for meaningful, lasting healing.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a board-approved supervisor, offering clinical supervision to social workers seeking licensure and professional growth. I am passionate about mentoring and guiding the next generation of therapists as they develop their skills and confidence in the field.

I also provide compassionate support to the elderly as they face significant life transitions, cope with grief, and navigate end-of-life care. As a certified Death Doula, I offer invaluable guidance during the final stages of life.

With over 8 years of experience in healthcare and extensive clinical experience as a therapist, I am committed to empowering individuals to confront new diagnoses and chronic conditions, fostering their journey toward healing and well-being. As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I am dedicated to breaking down barriers to care for a diverse range of clients.
